Leaking from bathtub faucet and showerhead and my bathroom sink spray sideways
The bathtub won't hold water. It leaks in the outlet.
All the water does not go up in my showerhead. It's leaking at the faucet at the bottom and my bathroom sink is spraying sideways and they're all Delta.
I've been very pleased with them. I put them in in 2003.

missing was the two screws (one to hold on the spout & one to hold on the handle)

I got abruptly disconnected while talking to a representative; no one called me back. When I called again, the customer service automated message informed me that company hours are until 6 PM EST. I called before 6 PM; I assumed that was the reason why I got disconnected at 6 PM without a warning.

The showerhead was not working properly. It was supposed to have a lifetime warranty, just like the replacement sent to me.

I have a Delta faucet that is leaking off of the hot, (left), side. I have tried to remove the handle with a 3/32 hex wrench to replace the stem or necessary parts.
It is too corroded to remove the set screw. The right side, cold, was able to be removed.
What recommendation does Delta have for removale? I feel I'll have to replace the faucet.

Parts didn't work
They kept send 2 of the same pieces that was not the issue
I have a leaking faucet issue that is not being resolved with delta care they sent 2 parts that didn't resolve the issue
The part they sent didn't work for me they didn't understand what is happening they just sent the same piece again

The phone call resulted in assisting with my issue. Have not received the part. So far so good, proof will be how timely the part is received
Excellent customer service
Couldnt repair a kitchen faucet, they sent me several different parts free of charge didnt work, sent me a brand new faucet free of charge, several years later the aerator fell apart and they sent me another free of charge which took a ten minute phone call.
One of few remaining American companies that stand by their products.
