Originally purchased the faucet thru Home Depot about year and half ago sprung *** in the spout, called and received a new faucet from the customer service shipped on 5/04/2018 and had to wait to be installed, finally yesterday on 8/22/18 at 4.30 pm I hired a plumber to install the faucet, which was done and I paid $89.00 for labor but after the instalation, found out that there was no hot water, my plumber suggested we replace the stop valve of the hot water side, which was replaced with the new stop valve and still there is no hot water, in the hot side of the faucet, not only that the dirverter received with the faucet was dripping while the cold water was turned on. Having so many troubles with the well known compay is a total disblief and when I called after consultation with the licensed plumber who assured that the faucet itself is defective and the hot water side is some how blocked inside, but the customer service rep does not want to replace, and had to fight it out and finally she agreed to ship another faucet.

It is very very sad situation, that as a customer, have to pay for labor to install their defective faucet 3 time, which is 5 time more than the original cost of the faucet it self. I wish Delta Faucet company looks into this plight of senior citizens, who are already on fixed income to incure these type of expenses time and time again.
