I ordered a faucet on 11/21/22 and within 20 mins of placing I realized I had ordered the wrong finish. I immediately called Delta to stop the order, but they told me it could not be stopped, it was already being shipped.
I did not believe them and several hours later I received tracking notification, and the faucet was due in two days or so. Somehow Delta was able to re-route the faucet back to their Mooresville SC facility without me receiving it and having to pay for return shippingGREAT thus far. At that time they told me it would take about 2-3 weeks for the money to be refunded to my card (NOT SO GREAT). I waited patiently, checking my card daily and after one entire month I called to check on the refund.
I was assisted by Debra who was GREAT, everything youd want in a phone representative. She quickly resolved my issue and told me they will be issuing a check or refund back to card in the next few days or so, GREAT. I generally do not check my accounts for online refunds, they normally are refunded promptly but because this was a $200 refund I followed up on it, good thing I did.
FYI: The faucet I purchased was a recertified Graydon Touch 2.O pull-down kitchen faucet at half price, GREAT.
As promised the item was in immaculate condition, and again was shipped swiftly, receiving it in abut 3 days or so, GREAT! The installation was easy-peasy, no leaks and performs flawlessly, SUPER GREAT!
User's recommendation: Delta recertied products are certified to be brand new and unused, this was very true in my opinion and I would highly recommend these products for purchase. Now if Delta would slip me a little something extra in my refund everything would be super cali fragilistic expialidociously GREAT.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Delta Faucet Pros: Quick shipping easy install works as intended spot free.
Delta Faucet Cons: Refund policy takes forever not so great.
